When you sign a lease with Varsity Properties, you will need to complete a tenant application. There is no application fee or security deposit. At that time, or shortly thereafter, you will be assigned a unit within your desired complex. We encourage you to view the actual unit you will be renting. When signing a lease, we ask that your entire leasing party be present. However, if logistical difficulties prevent this, we can work around you and your roommates’ busy schedules.
Other details regarding landlord/tenant relationships are outlined in your lease, which we have attempted to draft in a straightforward manner. You are welcome to take a copy of our lease with you so that you or your parents can review it. We are more than willing to answer any questions you or your parents may have about your lease and the leasing process.
